Workforce projections show that by year 2020 65% of jobs will require a postsecondary degree or credential. Currently, only 46% of Central Florida residents hold a postsecondary credential. By investing in their employees’ education and training, Central Florida employers play an important role in building their companies’, and the region’s, talent pool.
Nominations are being accepted for the Top Companies for Adult Learners through October 28, 2016. Selected companies will be recognized at an event in early 2017.
